If you do require a refund/return, RioBabe will ONLY process returns for products that HAVE NOT been opened. Refunds & returns will ultimately be determined by the RioBabe Team.

• Orders cannot be canceled, nor refunded, once they have been placed, shipped, or while in-transit. Shipping costs are also subject to the same guidelines.
• Refunds will not be accepted based on clients perceived 'lack of results' or based on 'accidental purchases'.
